Heather brings more than 20 years of experience across information technology, business operations, marketing, systems implementation and automation. Her background includes operations roles with the Greater Westside Board of Trade and the Municipal Pension Retirees' Association.
That hands-on experience means she understands small teams, member relationships, administrative demands and what it takes to implement systems people actually use. She has lived the reality of keeping members, donors and supporters engaged with limited time and resources.
4memberships.ca brings that experience to associations, chambers, nonprofits and wineries — building CRM and automation systems that connect people, communications and follow-up so small teams can do more with less repetitive work.
